Chassis
All Elite horseboxes are built on Australian chassis.
At the heart of the Eurocargo EEV ML160 single and dual control is a 6-cylinder, 5.9 litre ‘Tector’ 6 SCR engine, available in 280 Hp.
The Eurocargo EEV comes with an Allison S3000 5-speed automatic transmission, Backed by a 3 year/200,000kms warranty.
At the heart of the DAF is a PACCAR PX-7, 6 cylinder Euro 6, 6.7 litres, 264hp, matched to a ZF AS Tronic 6 speed automated and backed with a (3) years or 200,000 km complete vehicle warranty, whichever comes first.
We also have access to the Aussie spec’d Hino 500FE 1426 as a third great option chassis for the Elite 12t.
Horse Area
Your horses will travel in safety and comfort in our 3.3m horse area, including 12 points of ventilation + our fully adjustable/removable partitions allow you to select the correct size bays.
With approx. 4t payload, you can carry up to 4 horses, even mares & foals knowing they will arrive safe and sound.
All Elite horseboxes come with aluminium plank flooring with 12mm single-piece nylon re-enforced sealed rubber floor with drain holes.
Excellent ventilation with 2 x pop up roof vents, 4 horse head windows & 4 rump windows 2x cooling fans with digital cab temperature display and remote control.
Rear load, 4 x rear facing angle horse bays at 2.6m x 0.75m (all adjustable)
Large double door underbody tack locker with 4 x swing out saddle poles & bridle hooks, full width underbody storage for hay, feed, brooms and rakes.
Hydraulic ramp loading system (with manual override) with LED loading lights.
